What is Synergy+?

Our philosophy is to ensure that our students receive the highest quality, industry specific training available, thereby ensuring that they are not only competent but confident when it comes time to save an individual’s life.

Synergy Education Group is the only organisation in Australia that delivers industry specific training based on an organisational needs analysis of critical safety areas identified by key personnel. We enhance our training programs by:

·      Integrating our client’s policies and procedures directly into the course content.

·      Auditing and consulting on areas of breach or concerns within our client organisations.

·      All our training staff are employees - we do not use contractors in the delivery of any of our programs.

·      Delivery/service offering incorporates a full administrative support offering, reducing the need for your organisation to allocate internal resources to cover this aspect of CPR and First aid training.

We strive to embed a greater understanding of the importance of First aid, CPR and related workplace health and safety and risk management areas in a workplace. This will be facilitated by working closely with all staff to inspire them and to ensure that they have an in-depth knowledge and understanding around safety and emergency responses and create an environment in which staff take ownership around areas such as risk, ensuring that any individual in their care is always safe.
